We are excited to bring back our collaboration nights with a great upcoming event in The Spotted Dog restaurant, Dundalk, Co. Louth.

We’re kicking this off with our St.Patricks Feast dining experience, this is a collaboration with award winning Chef's Rob Curley of Slemish Market Supper Club & Chef Brendan Mulligan of The Spotted Dog, Dundalk. They were colleagues in the famous Dublin restaurant L'Ecrivan under Chef Patron Derry Clarke.

They will be serving a 6 course surprise St. Patrick's Feast menu using traditional, modern & innovative ways to cook Irish food on Sunday 16th March at 6.30pm

Raghery Slemish Market Supper Club

Raghery is the old Gaelic word for Rathlin Island.

Discover a taste of Rathlin's sea life. We will be serving the finest crabs & lobsters caught by creel by Fisherman Benji McFaul and seaweeds foraged in the rock pools & shoreline by Rathlin Seabites Forager Ksenia Zywczuk. Ksenia uses the ancient art of seaweed foraging that has provided the island with sustenance in food & fuel for hundreds of years and will showcase the Island's seaweed delicacies.

You will enjoy an amazing Raghery inspired 6 course meal by Chef Rob Curley using produce from the island, Slemish Market Garden and Co. Antrim in the Branson Centre Rathlin Island.
