In the last 2 years I have collaborated with renowned chefs from across Ireland, France, Spain, and Hong Kong. I have competed in tapas and paella championships in Spain, competitive barbeque in France, and numerous collabs in Ireland.

Eel from Lough Neagh, seaweed from Rathlin Island, seabuckthorn from Incredible Edibles, beef from Glenarm, turnips from Slemish Market Garden, fish from Lir's Larder, gorse from the hill behind my house, and so much more.

About Chef Rob Curley

Chef Rob Curley is originally from Dublin, but is now living in Ballymena, Co. Antrim. He has over 20 years experience in the restaurant trade having worked previously in L'Ecrivain Michelin starred restaurant under the famous Chef Derry Clarke. Rob also worked in the prestigious Shanahans On The Green in Dublin. Rob has fallen in love with Antrim, the food and the people.
