A night of magical and festive food in the famous Slane Castle.

A pop-up Christmas fine dining experience with 7 courses and cocktails.


The Chefs

I collaborated with Ruairi, Laura, and Lucy of Dundalk based Food on Fire. The staff of Slane Castle took on the role of hosts, servers, and bartenders. Thank you to Lord and Lady Mountcharles for the venue.
