The Event

A pop-up "Nollaig na mBan" barbeque experience with local Ravensdale wild venison as the main course.


The Chefs

I collaborated with Brendan of The Spotted Dog and Ruairi and Laura of Dundalk based Food on Fire. The staff of The Spotted Dog took on the role of hosts, servers, and bartenders.
