In the last 2 years I have collaborated with renowned chefs from across Ireland, France, Spain, and Hong Kong. I have competed in tapas and paella championships in Spain, competitive barbeque in France, and numerous collabs in Ireland.

Eel from Lough Neagh, seaweed from Rathlin Island, seabuckthorn from Incredible Edibles, beef from Glenarm, turnips from Slemish Market Garden, fish from Lir's Larder, gorse from the hill behind my house, and so much more.

About Chef Rob Curley

A protege of the famous Chef Derry Clarke, and a Dublin boy originally, Chef Rob was abducted and taken to Ballymena by his beautiful wife Fiona. He has fallen in love with Antrim, the food, the people, and eventually Fiona.

Fine Dining, Gone Native

Chef Rob Curley is on a mission to make fine dining native, obtainable, and fun. Each event is a multi course extravaganza featuring wacky and wild local seasonal produce from seabuckthorn to gorse flowers.

Slemish Market Supper Club usually pops up around Ballymena but join our mailing list for occasional events in Belfast, Dublin, Dundalk, Spain, France, and anywhere that will have us! No matter where we are we are always showcasing Co. Antrim and it is always good fun and exceptional food.
